I'm just wondering if cutting out the refined sugar from dessert will help me lose fat? I excercise reguarly through sports, I'm a teenager, I'm not fat, but I want to be leaner for the coming sports season, and I am a huge sugar addict. So if I cut out the cookies and deserts will my chances of losing fat be greater? Will I be able to lose it. BTW I'm not cutting it out completely or anything, just the desert stufff. I'm pretty good about eating veggies, fruits, lean meats, and whole grains though. I refuse to give up my weekly bagel
