The perfect pocket pc/pda is?

hey there, i need a pda and im a HS senior, the school I attend has metal detectors and a x-ray machine, they have completely banned phones or mp3 players and they catch them, however some kids started bringing their pockets pc's with no problem, the security guards simply saw them as calculators when put into the x-ray machine, i need a pda now too, size doesnt matters but a bigger size would be better, it needs to have wifi and microsoft word in it, i can hunt used ones on ebay or amazon so i need it to be $100 or less, is there a perfect one out there? thank you soo much
