Is anxiety hereditary?

i don't think anxiety is hereditary, its all how you react / take different situations. Depends purely on the character / mood of an individual. Try to do yoga & control your temper. You would feel better after meditation sessions. Else concentrate on music, dance, books etc to diversify your ferocious thoughts. Be calm, feel happy & keep smiling; its a best way of controlling tantrum. Also don't keep thinking of some thing for a longer run; just relax and take a final decision on critical issues & go on.
