ARE THERE GHOSTS IN MY HOUSE!!?!?!? HELPP!!!?

I just had a dream of ghosts walkin past the hallway in my house and i just woke up and saw one p the hallway im so freaked out i quickly grabbed my laptop from the draw i dont know if it was real or if i am still half dreaming please someone answer fast i think i can hear noises its 3:22am and im gonna go crazy plz talk someone
