31 weeks with 3rd child and im spotting having lower back and pelvic pain not sure what to do?

im 31 weeks with my 3rd child which im having a very rough time with im in alot of pain with it and currently have server depression and im a self harmer im currently on 40mg of citalopram but for the last few days i have been spotting only wen i wipe tho but did have blood in my pj's on one occasion i also keep gettin sharp pains below and lots of pain in the lower back and pelvic area i never had this with my 1st two but did have other problems with them im due to see my consultant on the 24th of feb to disscuse when im having this baby and how my 1st was normal 2cnd was c-section coz he was big n breech. i saw my mw a week ago an this baby is a little small compared to 1st 2 and is in transvers posistion am just alittle worried it could be coming early with the pains and spotting or is this normal?? do you think if the pain is that bad an my depression gets any worse that they will induce me at 37+5days as i cnt go on much longer like this an with my depression been as bad as it is and this pain is crippling i cnt walk should i get checked out now or wait till 24th
