Thinking about getting this, what do you guys think?

I have this symbol made out of initials very special and close to my heart and I am thinking of putting it on my left hand fourth digit because that finger is symbolic (vein that goes straight to heart but we know all veins do). I want the tattoo to start inside (open palm) that wraps around into a small design to the top of my finger, it would be small. My first so what do you guys think???
